    Alan has over 30 years experience within the Water Treatment Industry and has built up a vast amount of knowledge in all areas of the business. In recent years he has specialised in Legionella Management across all types of industry as well as Hospitals/NHS Trusts and Local Authorities. Alan also presents our popular Legionella Awareness training courses in an interesting and lively manner but to a standard which ensures the ACOP(L-8) legislation is clear and understood and the required tasks are carried out in technically competent manner.

    Operations Director

    Byron has been with the business for 20 years, beginning at site level and progressing through to office based roles from Account Co-Ordinator to Regional Manager. Byron’s experience has given him the skills necessary to undertake his current role as Operations Director at a very high standard. Byron is responsible for the operational activities in all of the business, across water hygiene, water treatment and asbestos services. He works closely with his two regional directors, Steve and Lesley, and their teams of account managers to ensure they deliver a highly quality services across all our contracts and regions.

    As Regional Director Lesley oversees the Water Hygiene operations for hsl outside London and nationally for Alchem. Lesley has over 20 years experience with the business and started at site level working as a lead surveyor. She has progressed through the company at various managerial roles throughout her career. She is a highly experienced manager who delivers a quality service and is an extremely competent and highly qualified member of the senior management team

    Shaun been in the financial services industry for over 30 years and has been involved in collections/litigation and customer relations. Shaun has a technical understanding of debt management, collections, new business and sales. Shaun’s role at hsl Compliance involves carrying out credit control on a portfolio of customers within the building services sector for the local authority and social housing market throughout the UK.

    Rachel has recently joined hsl Compliance and is responsible for delivering a high quality HR service. Rachel partners closely with the Business Unit Managers to ensure that the organisation achieves its objectives through effective strategies and interventions. Rachel is passionate about creating and maintaining a motivated, productive and engaged workforce, which in turn delivers quality customer care and service to all of our clients.

    Finance Manager

    Tracey has worked for Alchem Industries since 1993 and has played an essential role in the financial development of the Company. In addition to skills in accounting, the preparation of financial reports and budget monitoring she gained a lot of experience in setting up cash flow strategies. Tracey and her team now manage all financial accounting, monitoring and reporting as well as the Alchem credit control and the companies HR. They also provide financial advice and support to colleagues enabling them to make sound business decisions.
