Ben's current role is Financial Director, where he manages the financial and estimating departments, including purchasing, accounts, bid management, legal and premises.

    Dave worked for a leading water treatment company in technical and sales management for over 25 years before joining the Alchem team in September 2006. This became a turning point for the company as Dave brought with him a wealth of experience in sales strategy and management. Dave specialises in the industrial water treatment division of the Alchem business and provides support to our customers on the safe and efficient operation of their utility systems.

    For the last 27 years Tim has been working in the water industry, working to ACoP L8 (The Prevention of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems). As a Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental and Compliance professional Tim has a vast range of responsibilities, including the production of work place risk assessments, generic risk assessments, equipment inspections, Health and Safety training, development and implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures, equipment audits, quality audits, PAT testing, equipment inspections, equipment calibration, production of the training manual and training all personnel in the planning and scheduling system. Tim has extensive expertise in the compliance of ISO Quality Management Systems, ISO Health & Safety Management Systems and ISO Environmental Management Systems and PAS99 Integrated Management Systems.
